FES ARTS specializes in the design, manufacturing, and supply of handcrafted Moroccan Zellij tiles and interior works. We also provide international shipping and professional installation services across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, USA, Malaysia, and other countries.
Orders & Quotations
• All quotations are valid for a limited time, as stated in the quote. • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (unless otherwise agreed). • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
Payments
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in your quotation or contract. • We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods. • Any delays in payment may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers. • All shipments are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage.
Installation Services
If installation is included in your order, our expert Moroccan teams will follow international standards and project requirements. The client must ensure the site is ready and safe for installation on the agreed dates.
